Hello my name is Jo and I'm a real estate addict. I stalk listings hoping to find the perfect property I can't afford anyway. Oh well a girl can dream. There is one problem though. I'm fussy. Not quite right, more money than sense, love the bones but ditch the furniture, bad photos, I need more photos please! Can't quite put my finger on it listings with something that has me nodding "yes". This week I'm stalking penthouse apartments and modern mansions and even mansion apartments but just when you think you can't take anymore there is a rustic rural retreat. That warehouse conversion in Fitzroy North (4th link down) may need to be a little de-90s-ified, but the original materials and spaces are absolutely glorious. I would move there in a heartbeat.
