Stalking leftovers

You know my mantra by now. I'm a fussy real estate stalker. Not quite right, bad photos, I need more photos please! Can't quite put my finger on it listings with something that has me nodding "yes". My first bunch of leftovers for the year is a mixed lot. Townhouses and terraces, old and new and old with new extensions. Even a warehouse that I'm sure I've featured before in another incarnation. Click on the images to head to the listings. All via realestate.com.au.

Jo, I just adore your stalking leftovers posts!

I really wish BresicWhitney would get another photographer - I realise they're aiming for arty, but it often looks kind of amateurish and sad.

Carol, I totally agree. They're obsessed with bokeh photos, and planting people in the photos, failing to understand that most potential buyers want to CLEARLY see the property. They don't want to try and make out features through blur/haze. I find some of the vignettes laughable - eg. windowsills, even a spider cobweb in one particularly memorable ad! Like that's going to make me buy the property! They are making themselves laughing stock. Which is such a shame because the styling is generally very good for the Australian market.
