A family of 6 wanted a comfortable, unique, family-friendly home and turned to Vancouver interior designer Amber Kingsnorth of Māk Interiors to make their wishes come true. And she did, with some stunning custom tile in the kitchen, custom millwork and some bold wallpaper. (Did you see this project of hers?)

I think this is gorgeous. Simple and classy. But I wonder if all the different seating arrangements in the kitchen are a bit redundant?
Axie echoes my thought about the growing popularity of kitchens with a dining table, breakfast bar, and in this case, ANOTHER dining table. And all that's adjacent to the formal dining room. It's overkill. Some righteous editing is in order.
But I do like that abstract wallpaper in the dining room, and the lively tile backsplash in the kitchen.
Awesome! Would love to know how they installed that tile backsplash in the Kitchen!
The kid's room is so beautiful!
