Stalking 1

I'm stalking in my favourite Sydney suburb Redfern. Once a tough and gritty inner city working class area (some would argue slum) it is now the home of soaring real estate prices as its historic houses are restored and the Sydney price bubble just keeps getting bigger and bigger. The house we are stalking ticks all my boxes. Georgian in style, modern in interiors, on the border of my next favourite Sydney suburb Surry Hills. There is even a separate basement flat in case you want to come visit. We could go see my favourite football team the South Sydney Rabbitohs (Go the Bunnies!), explore the treasure at Seasonal Concepts or hit the Bourke St Bakery. Oh dear I'm excited about this one. Now if only I could afford the outrageous price tag. Link here while it lasts.
