Not only is this a loft which already makes it a winner, but HELLO statement kitchen! From the gorgeous wall of wood cabinets, the funky exhaust fan, steel and concrete island, chalkboard backsplash (because matte black always)...and the kicker - A PANTRY!!! Dear gawd how I would love a pantry. Another winner from design firm Studio DB.

The pantry is to die for yep! And look at that vent, how original!
Lots of great touches and ideas. But that lamp above the kitchen island is terrifying. It looks like something out of a cancer treatment facility, and I'm speaking from experience.
