The owners of this Cottesloe, Western Australia house wanted colonial plantation style. Part Raffles in Cambodia, part safari lodge in Africa mixed with the Queenslander vernacular and a touch of Hamptons. There's lots I LOVE about this place. Those dark floors.....oh my. But I do not get that first bedroom, especially that bed. WHY???? And in the second bedroom, a small nit-pick, why on earth after all that expense would you hang an Ikea pendant?
