Monday eye candy

I may be short on pet submissions this week (come on folks - send me pets on furniture photos! kim[at]desiretoinspire[dot]net), but I have something to make up for the lack of a pet post. Some stunning interior eye candy photographed by British duo Tim Brotherton and Katie Lock. Now if you will excuse me, I am going to hop into the photo above, light a fire and flop on the sofa for the remainder of the morning.

Without a doubt some of the finest interior and architectural photography I've seen, (and I look at A LOT). I love how they employ natural light and fleeting interactions to give the spaces life. So often editorial photography drains the vibrancy and soul out of interiors... but here you feel you can just step into the rooms and slowly absorb their layers and meaning, knowing they exist in the real world.
