Shade

The house rides the site like a galleon on a sea of gum trees (or what a least to an Aussie look like eucalyptus trees). You'll find me lazing on the fabulous outdoor area with its shade cloth flapping in the breeze. Casa Tunquén by Chilean design firm CO2 Arquitectos.

love it! this would be great for a flood plain application too...it actually looks beautiful, unlike most elevated homes.
