I do have to question the aesthetic value of a household hub that is quite that bland. When you have an interior courtyard, shouldn't it be... exciting?

Perfect! Amazing timeless place. No visual clutter. Just peace.
Seems to be situated pretty central and still so private! I would die for that backyard. And those beautiful windows! Utterly beautiful!
