Working on a Saturday

I may not enjoy spending my weekends working but I am thoroughly enjoying bringing you this working on a Saturday series. After all who wouldn't want to go to work when it looked this good? When working on saturday, do you have a 6-days-working week or rather some other twom days off?

I own my own catering business Ombia. I am currently on day 12 of a 19 day stretch where I won't be having any days off because of functions/weddings.
