WE Design
Spotted this powder room on Remodelista and I knew I had to see more of the house. What is it about subway tile, dark grout and the warm, golden hue of wood that gets me every time? Add in a hint of copper or pipe used for anything other than carrying water and well, I'm weak at the knees. Greenpoint Townhouse by Brooklyn based multidisciplinary design and construction firm WE Design.

love them! super nice design
Plumber Jack
The place is brimming with bespoke quality and great ideas. I suspect the owners might eventually regret the overuse of industrial plumbing hardware for EVERYTHING, but they can always upgrade in time.
Oh yeah! I'm right there w/ ya! LOVE the subway/dark grout/warm wood/copper pipe thing! I agree with the above comment about maybe over-using the look. Not just the pipe but the white/light gray tile combined with warm blond wood everywhere. BUT, I think they've done a great job of adding softness and color with that gorgeous velvet blue couch and vintage oriental rug. If I were lucky enough to live here, I might add more of these pops of color and softer edges over time. But I'm totally in love with all of this right now. Thanks for sharing!
beautiful - both industrial and warm at once
