A remodel in the Hollywood Hills

I love this house, the latest project by Hunter Kenihan of Kenihan Development (a privately held boutique real estate development firm that specializes in residential property in Los Angeles). I featured a couple of Hunter's projects in the past (here and here) and this 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home in the Hollywood Hills is another fantastic remodel and perfectly styled home for a quick sale. The grey, black and white colour scheme is modern and classy, the double sided fireplace rocks, and as usual, I am in love with the bathroom tiles. More details can be found here.
