It may be perfectly formed It may be stylish. They may compare it to Coco Chanel. A little black dress. One thing is for sure. This Potts Point, Sydney apartment (2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a prime location) has a high end couture price tag. $3.75 million AUD. Yes that's millions. Gasp. I just choked on my Chanel pearl necklace. Link here will it lasts.

It is tres Chanel. Since the Warhol alone would probably fetch more than $3.75 mil, I'll assume that goes with the seller.
