It's definitely not a replica. It's the Crown Minor in white by Jehs Laub for Nemo available in Australia through Corporate Culture.

Pascal: Chelsea is right, it is the Crown Minor chandelier designed by Jehs+Laub. I purchased its big sibling (Crown Major) a couple of years ago and I highly recommend this chandelier. It is even more beautiful in person, and really well made.
