 Jemy Massie and Emily Ellis are the California interior designers behind Studio Revolution. They call their look "hipsticated, gritty, dramatic, not-too-pretty". I love it. Touches of Scandinavian, modern, industrial, and lots of black - my favourite colour.

Very hip indeed. Except for the black/white rug. That has been and gone, and even hipsters can't get irony out of it! Maybe a sparkly shag rug.
