Modern in the sticks

This absolutely incredible home in Jackson Hole, Wyoming by Pearson Design Group has rendered me almost speechless. It's an absolute dream. Whenever I talk about wrecking and re-building my home, my description is always "modern cabin". This is a modern cabin at it's finest. I adore everything about it. I won't bother waxing lyrical about each element because this post will never end, but I must point out how cool the concrete porch floor is with the inset wood "rug". How sweet would that be in a living room?!

This is a gorgeous cabin! Love the copious use of wood, from the 'rug' to the headboard and so on. Also, the antler chandelier is a great touch.
Oh Lordy. I could saddle my horse up in the morning and ride for hours over those fabulous hills and then look forward to returning to this pretty thing in the evening. sigh!
I love the kitchen island stools! Are they oil drum cans?
Interior and exterior in perfect balance, and then -- landscape.
The only thing that would make this more perfect would be xeriscaping, instead of green grass. It looks so out of place to me...
