Monday's pets on furniture
Mon, 23 Sep 2013If you'd like to send me photos to include in next week's "pets on furniture" post, please ensure your photos follow my basic rules: First, the pet must be on a piece of furniture. And said piece of furniture must be clearly visible in the photo, so it takes center stage rather than your pet. Think of it more of a photo of a great piece of furniture that you want to show off...and your pet happens to be sitting on it. And second, if the photo is dark or fuzzy then it may not make the cut. Photos, your name, location and a brief description can be sent to desiretoinspirekim@hotmail.com and PLEASE don't send closeups of your pet! Thanks!

This is Lucy. She is the most lovable wild little thing ever. I was photographing the fabric on my chair so that I could reorder, as Lucy had pretty much destroyed my favorite polka dot wing chairs. Unfortunately Stroheim and Romann discontinued the fabric, but we were left with these darling shots of Lucy.

Hunter the yellow lab looks like maybe he is not really allowed on the couch, but he is so adorable sitting there, how can you resist him? And Lucy looks so elegant and beautiful lounging on the polka dot chair. And that red couch is fabulous!

Never can get too much dog and cat wonderfulness -! Egon napping under a spotlight is so darling. Bertie, Lucy and Tarcin are sublime feline repose incarnate. But Hunter really has my number ... I can't resist a big-headed dog.
I like Henna. I will show these pictures to my little sister. She will love it.
