Would you believe that this house is located near a beach? :) Guarujá (from the Tupi language, mean "narrow path") city is located in Santo Amaro island, situated in São Paulo state, and is known for its famous beaches such as Guaiúba, Tombo, Astúrias, Pitangueiras, Enseada, Pernambuco, Perequê, São Pedro, Tijucopava, Iporanga, Praia Branca and Praia Preta. It is a popular weekend destination for families from São Paulo city, who can get there driving in less than one hour.
I don't want to be picky, specially 'cause I love your website, but that's not even close to the rain forest. Only in the north of Brazil we have rain forest and that is in the southeast, in the state of Sao Paulo. It is beautiful anyway.
Ana, I wasn't implying any of the homes above are in the rain forest. I live in Canada - I have never been anywhere near a rain forest but the amount of greenery made me think of them. That's all I meant.

Uau! Na sexta foto, a janela aberta parece um quadro.
Linda obra!
Amazing Carlos Motta! Is this place near the beach? It seems Serra da Mantiqueira.
