Jason MacLean update

We heard from London-based interior designer Jason MacLean the other day, whose latest project is FAB-U-LOUS, and an incredible transformation. It is located in Earls Court, London and was originally a blacksmiths workshop. By the looks of it from the before photos it appears this was a serious undertaking! The kitchen, fixtures and fittings were made by Jason on site. Whoa. That kitchen is gorgeous and I am totally in love with the light fixtures. Jason has knocked another one out of the park. (See previous posts of his work here, here and here).

Great work!!! How did you create the lights? Specifically the cage and the wire? It looks like the wiring has been textiled.

Hi Ryan, you can get cloth covered electrical wire here in North America: http://www.sundialwire.com

Love the light fixtures. On one picture, I almost thought they weren't real.

Really great! Any Idea where to get these lamp-cages?

The kitchen wall must be tiled, or it is not 21st century deluxe. :-) Every detail masculine and gorgeous.

The mirror on the side of the tub is pretty cool, too.

We've just found out that the lights are available from Urban Cottage Industries. Cool!
