Sometimes the sensory overload that this blog can bring makes me crave some simple, neutral spaces. When I found the website of UK interior designer Sarah Jane Nielsen, I was very appreciative of her unpretentious, tranquil designs. Like these.

That rustic sitting area outside contrasts nicely with the interiors. I wish more of that look and feel made its way to the interior.

I need that floating fireplace! So beautiful with it's clean lines and simplicity. It does need warmer looking furniture surrounding it though, those green leather pieces seem to clash a little to me.
