Stalking Sydney's northern beaches

Help I'm stuck at the beach! Palm Beach, Sydney that is. It seems like it lately with beach side properties around the world.  I couldn't think of a better place to real estate stalk though. Today I have found another beach shack with a big price tag. (POA ... always a good indicator of an "interesting" price.) But oh what a cutie! Unassuming outside and hipster cool inside. So cool in fact that it graced the pages of Inside Out magazine. The owners and agent are proud of the fact too. They included shots of the layout. Link here while it lasts. If I had the money I'd be moving in for Easter.
