Aldridge & Tanno Architects is a firm based in Norfolk, Connecticut and founded by Simon Aldridge and Lisa Tanno. First I have to say that the photo above has me completely mesmerized. I want to pack a bag, not tell anyone and sit on the porch for a week with no internet access. *sigh*. This firm's classic designs are timeless with beautiful attention to detail. Each space is so serene and uncomplicated. *SIGH*

Any ideas on the source for the dark wood and white chairs in the first living room photos?
It does seem very serene this location. I absolutely love the chairs in the living room.
Lovely spaces. however slightly sullied for me by some poor Photoshop cloning on the bushes in the last few photos. :)
Oh, my Lord, I must have ALL the chairs in photos 2, 3 and 4. I cannot lead a contented life without those chairs!
Some things I love about this house:
the huge exposed beams offset with white.
the wooden tables and chairs
the garden and exterior treatments
cozy bathroom with rolltop bath.. relaxation personified.
not so keen on the lounge decor and cream bathroom but hey, lovely place!
