Nicola Marc

I have been a big fan of Montreal-based Nicola Marc's styling for years, since I first started religiously reading shelter magazines. She has worked for all of my favourite magazines (all of which I have/had subscriptions for) like Canadian Home & Country, Canadian House & Home, Style At Home, Chocolat etc. Needless to say her portfolio is filled with gorgeously styled spaces that are without a doubt magazine worthy.

He works for me. There's something practical and yet stylish about outdoor furniture indoors. And can I say, I love the concept of boxes as cupboardry? Especially in the kitchen. Beautifully finished works, but any old box, really, would do just fine.

I have had Nicola's living room torn from a magazine for years. While other torn pages get discarded, this one stays in the file for someday...

Spent two months trying to figure out how to cross a beautifully lined French Provincial dresser that I want to use as my new bathroom vanity with a "beach theme." You just gave me the inspiration!!!

Will paint the dresser white, than paint a mirror white and do it in seashells - perfect!!!

THANK YOU for sharing your creativity.... Hopefully I can pay it forward when the project is complete.
