Water views
Contemporary home with water views. That's how the real estate ad should go. It would if I was writing it. Real estate stalking the suburbs of Melbourne. A clean contemporary look. A modern home for a modern family. This is one home I think would look great in a magazine shoot. I'm sure a good photographer and stylist could make this hoe look so much more inviting. Link here while it lasts. (Thanks again to my fellow stalker Andrea for the heads up on this one. Her comment? "Nice for a new house.")

Love the design of this house as not a single room is trapped by the other but all embrace the outdoor views. Love the green (sliding?) bedroom doors
The first picture is DELICIOUS!
Beautiful. And the view of the pool from the bedroom? Sign me up!
I thought I recognised the images. Just saw it in my back copy of Houses magazine issue no. 83. It is one of the Directors own houses from Neil architecture http://www.neilarchitecture.com.au/ Love the green walls.
Each room is nice, but the overall concept and flow, lacks planning and forethought. Lacks intimacy and privacy.
If there is a need for so many bedrooms, occupants of bedrooms 2,3,4 must surely be less important the owners/ccupants of bedroom 1, so these bedrooms should have been placed in such a location, and not in some long dreary green public-loo style passageway in the heart of the home, where, in the case of a dinner party, if there was someone who wants to escape, [dare I say a kid - god forbid] there's no place the rug-rat or visitor could escape from the troop careering from end to end, living to dining room, where such guests have to amble from end to end careering into each other to use the ONLY non-ensuite private bathroom in the whole house ??
Eeegads, shoot the architects.
Be in love with the design of this house. Outdoor views are splendid, And the outlook of the swimming pool from the bedroom is amazing.
