COOP15

COOP15 is an architecture firm out of Seattle that has been around about 20 years. Their focus is custom single-family residences, and their amazing dream homes have been featured in publications such as Metropolitan Home, Trends and Sunset. Their creativity is inspiring.

love these modern but still warm spaces. the wood in each space is just perfect, and i'm in love with the mosaic landscaping in front of one of those houses.
