Keep up. Keep up. Our real estate stalking tour is on the roll again. Crisp and fresh and bright and new all wrapped up in an historical Sydney terrace house. Casually elegant modern living in the inner city with open plan living/dining and a gourmet kitchen. Love the artwork, love the subdued colour palate with flashes of yellow. Want those kitchen lights. Unfortunately we are just a little too late to daydream about making this tailored terrace our home. It's sold. Link here while it lasts.

This is so funny. I live in Germany and went for an inspection to this nice terrace home. So I have seen it by myself and I know exactly the price it was sold for. Not bad.... 2.2 Mio Aussi $ for 110 sqm. Very nice but also incredible expensive.
