For 20 years Thomas Bucich Design has been creating stylish, luxe interiors. Juxtaposing classic architectural lines with high end finishes and modern fit out this Australian (although originally a New Yorker) design icon is responsible for a body of work that encompasses some of Sydney's most elegant homes to restaurants and hotels. The attention to detail is meticulous, the design classic, furniture often custom and the cabinetry playing a clever key role. Want to tap into the creative process of this international designer and learn the fundamentals of creating a unique environment? Thomas is conducting his Elements of Style interior design courses in the next few months and is offering a great deal for Desire to Inspire readers. Details after the jump.

I love the way this place oozes with, what I call, Scandinavian maximalism. There is colour! There is texture! There are expensive materials! ...yet, it's still quite simple but classy. Thanks for inspiration!

Beautiful. It seems so simple but it is indeed luxe. The stone benches in the last kitchen are perfect.
