Small warehouse quickie
My secret stalker has been taunting me again. No make that torturing. She found this warehouse apartment in Collingwood, Melbourne. OMG. I spy a Le Bambole single seater in scuffed leather (yum), a Sigurd Ressel Falcon Chair as well as enough Thonet to start a restaurant. Here's what the real estate agent says ...
The Furnace Kiln. Offering something very special, this century old distillery has been sympathetically converted with large intimate spaces and flexible floor plan. Enter into an expansive gallery, office or living area with separate bedroom, study and garage. Up the thick Jarrah stairs to the spacious open plan kitchen, living and dining areas, two sets of double doors leading to the walled garden terrace. The upper level is a fabulous and expansive private retreat with bedroom, walk-in-robe and ensuite, study area and two further sets of double doors opening to Juliet balconies. This is a truly amazing and very private, residence that warrants inspection.
This residence doesn't only warrant an inspection it warrants me selling my soul to the design devil! Link here while it lasts.

Love this place.
I like the idea of living space with the bedroom.
Fantastic place to live in!!!!
Thx for share
That garden! OMG, I love it.
love the bedroom!
Sorry, doesn't work for me. That living space + bedroom is not the best idea. I like my bedroom to be private and don't feel comfortable for my guests to see my bed.
I just gasped "Oh my GOD!" at the site of that garden and those Juliet balconies. It made my architecture student heart skip a beat.
