Lucy Fenton
Ever imagine what it would be like living in your favourite shop? Well if the wonderland of a store Fenton & Fenton is that shop then 33 Wattle Rd, Hawthorne is where you should be living. As one of a number of creatives asked to style a display apartment last year Lucy Fenton brought her shop to life in an otherwise boring cookie cutter apartment. Colourful, quirky, beautiful her apartment showcased all that her Prahan shop has come to stand for. And now her newly launched website brings her shop to life for those who can't walk through the doors. A must see gallery if you love colour with a touch of ethnic aesthetic, vintage with midcentury re-invented and the unexpected, always the unexpected. Love!
Stylist Claire Larritt-Evans and photographer Tony Mott. More of Claire's work tomorrow.

fresh, pretty, uncluttered, homey, cosy, practical and stylish. In short, pretty perfect. I wish I could achieve the same result in my home. I confess: I'm envious.
Thank you for this inspiring post
I LOVE her style. Modern with so much vintage character. Her use of color is pretty amazing too. If I could, I would make my whole house look like this one.

Love LOVE L O V E LLLLLLOOOOOVVVVVEEEEEE IT!!!!!!! :-D
p.s. That Ikat lamp is TO DIE for!!!
Colorful AND quirky indeed! Love it! It's like stepping into sunshine in every part of the room!
Maybe everybody already knows but me, but what are those gorgeous chairs - sort of Papa Bear-esque in the first couple of pictures. Love.
Grant Featherston contour chairs from the 1950's- he was an incredible designer from Melbourne. They have started making replicas of his work but they overstuff them and they lose their sleek beauty.
I love the collage-effect - I've never seen it used this effectively. There is truly the sense of a single personality at work.
Love love love!!!
I am in love with the 'lady head' paintings. . .Does anyone know if those are original or if reproductions can be purchased?
