Join the congregation
A couple of weeks ago I was stalking a church conversion in Adelaide. Modern behind a traditional bluestone facade. A little too modern for some. Want to join this congregation instead? Such a pretty little church and definitely loads of space for preaching to the converted. Just outside Adelaide this time in Houghton. A divine transformation? Link here while it lasts.

Simply stunning!!
I dont like it.. it could have been any random villa of a wealthy couple.
This church lost its soul with the conversion!
Truly divine!
can i go live in that wine cellar?
This one seems to retain more of the architectural details of it being a church than the first one featured. The entrance is really quite striking.
I love it! Gorgeous rugs in every room!
there is an empty church near my house - I wish I had the money to buy it and convert into something this amazing.

a converted church or a fire house......if i had three wishes from a genie, i'd be wishing for one of those! fab space.
Beautiful building--the stone is lovely.
Swoon!! What a beautiful space.
The exterior was enough to sell me, I could live happily outside so long as I was in the presence of that exterior. The interior is also breathtaking.
So beautiful.
Absolutely a dream! ive freinds whom have an appartment built into a chapel building but does not compare to how wonderful this place is...living the dream!
simply stunning work with the church. Would love to other church conversion.
Beautiful space!!
I love it! it is simply stunning! great choice of photos as well...
Stunning ! I would love to live in that space , I have always wanted to own and convert an old stone church into the ideal home and this is truly an amazing place.
Yuk.....awful, bad taste inside. Such a shame as it is a beautiful old church. May be the next owners will give it the soul and character it deserves.
Wow! Amazing! First thing that came to my head was is this really a church? But, I don't think what they had did here was truly there place for a church is a place of worship and house is a place of rest.
The exterior structure and gardens are beautiful, but the interior is just too sterile and it leaves its soul too clinical. The bathroom, kitchen, living room could have been more lush yet rustic. Those parson tables and geometric lamps just doesn't fit. A lost opportunity for awesome space,
I understand the juxtaposition of warm exterior and modern cool lines of the interior but honestly….I just don't like it!
I'd call this house as paradise. Everything is there, you just need to kick back and relax.
Dull, dull, dull......
Love it, really a great space created from within an old church.
