Photography to ease the soul
I would like to introduce Jennifer Squires as the latest addition to our sidebar. Jennifer is from London Ontario and is a fantastic landscape photographer. Her Etsy shop (a joint effort with her hubby) is a space for modern and minimalist images of peace, reflection, and for all things that can help induce a bit of meditation in our days. They offer photographs of seascapes, landscapes, and winter trees in all sorts of sizes. (After studying French for 2 solid weeks, I could use a little bit of inner peace right about now, and the following photos sure do help...)

Wow! Beautiful!! Loved everyone!
Beautiful pics! Although I must admit, I'm anxiously awaiting to see the "dogs on furniture" Monday post!
Dreamy photos! I just want to wade out into the water on the first one and just keep swimming...
Sorry Emily - no pet post until next Monday. It's still Easter weekend for both Jo and I today so we're taking a bit of a break - particularly because I have a rather important French test tomorrow I am studying for.
missing pets on furniture desperately-!
Wow - gorgeous photographs from a local photographer. I must learn more about Jennifer Squires as we're in the same city! Thanks for featuring great Canadian talent on D2I.

p.s. Bonne chance pour l'examen de francais!
Beautiful photographs!
Like the picture of the wood with holes in the water photography. Some about it reminds me of an Andy Goldsworthy photo. You might like his work in nature.
these are amazing + are now on my want list! totally perfect for a monday too :) thanks for sharing! xog
Very tranquil! I love how there is not a human element in these.
Thanks, Kim! The very first picture made it to my desktop background. =)
I don't mean to be rude, I think they do a great job but I find the first photo a little...well anything from peaceful. I live in Manitoba which is the sister province to Ontario and right now we are experiences serious flooding. That first photo is what a lot of our roads and farm land looks like right now. I personally am not effected by the flood but I know that it's very devastating for a lot of people so seeing a photo like that sort of hurts. Again, their art is very beautiful, and I get how we should try and see the beautiful in those ruff situations but I just felt that this needed to be mentioned.
Wow, these images are so beautifully soft and calming.
Thanks for sharing
Wow!!! Incredible photographs - my sister is studying photography at uni, I'm sending her to this page right NOW!
