Vintage modern loveliness

I adore this vintage modern apartment in Barcelona (found via The Locals). It's the perfect mix of vintage and modern, except I think I'm over the whole miss-matched chair thing especially in this case.

I'm with you on the miss matched chair thing though, I'm beginning to be totally over miss matched dining chairs. Which sucks because mine are miss matched. I saw a gorgeous set yesterday though and now I'm fully longing for some matchies.

I love this flat. I've seen it before in Nuevo Estilo I think. Can't remember the name of the designer but she (I seem to remember it is a she) has great style. I am really in love with Barcelona designers like this one and Montse Esteva. 10/10!

The chairs are hideous as well as the orangy french provincial sofa...blah! The chandelier over a hunk of wood table top is ridiculous. Just because some 'she-she-la-la' designer put it all together doesn't make it a wonder of the world.
