I love this house!

Main reasons why I love this location home from 1st Option (some spaces admittedly need some work like the living and dining rooms):
1. chandelier in hallway
2. b/w photography framed in white with white mats
3. ornate mirrors everywhere (so fab in the kitchen)
4. b/w photography featuring deer
5. all white dreamy kitchen
6. mercury glass (or tin?) pendants
7. massive kitchen island
8. gorgeous wallpapers
9. capiz shell chandelier
10. bathroom vanity (vintage cabinet with modern sinks and wall mounted faucets on tiled backsplash)

Yup. I could live with that.

REALLY LOVE the gray chairs carrying the gray and white scheme outside, with shutters~

Is it just me or are the mirrors in the bathroom really high above the vanity?

Why is that purple chaise lounge facing the wall? Too depressing.

You shouldn't have mirrors facing the bed...

such a soothing space. and the chaise longue is actually facing into the room, although it does seem a little lonely in that corner all by itself.

I love that kitchen! I love to have one wall with cabinets until the roof but the other walls more empty. I would rather put a more rustic and brown table instead of the white one. And the patio is great!

The bones of this house are stunning.

Just stunning!!!!

I like some themes but agree with the comments above regarding mirrors in the bathroom and bedroom. The chaise is too close to the wall and the heater. Obviously for show not use. The 'formal' dining room looks like someone's grandmother's house. I love the faux mercury glass looking shades over the island and the plant in the patio and the fact that it is painted white on the outside but the inside is a little too regimented and unoriginal for my taste.
