Friday eye candy
TGIF, and good riddance to one of the longest weeks of my life. Thankfully it's Thanksgiving here in Canada this weekend so THREE day weekend! And they're calling for HEAT and SUN all weekend!!! This always happens here Ottawa, the city I love to hate. In the fall we suddenly get a few days of ridiculously hot weather and then POOF, the next day we're in the minuses and a snowstorm hits. So I am definitively going to ditch the French books in exchange for some excursions around the city (and maybe to the cottage) this weekend. To end the week, I thought I'd share with you all some new photos from the portfolio of Dutch photographer Marjon Hoogervorst whom I featured back in December when I was also coincidentally looking for a respite.

Eye candy it is!
I stumbled on your blog a couple of weeks ago and I wanted to tell you that I think it is fabulous!
I love how simple and yet weighted these are. There's a sense of permanence and tradition, despite the modern styling.
Nice! So good of you to remind me that it is Canada's Thanksgiving. Must ring sister in BC and wish her a wonderful one.
Really like the second image, it's very charming. The last ones in white, bright & fresh are gorgeous. Big thanks:)
What brand is that sofa from?
Hello! Does anybody know the source of the Japanese pendant lamp in photo #1 of Marjon Hoogervorst photos from 07 Oct?
I just happened upon this blog and am so glad I did! Loving all the images and design inspiration.
