Charles de Lisle workshop
Charles de Lisle Workshop is a San Francisco based design firm and it's principal is a new favourite designer of mine. His experience spans the last 25 years working within the art of ceramics, metalwork, custom furniture, product design, decoration and interiors. His work has been featured in every major shelter magazine such as Interior Design, Dwell, Sunset and California Home + Design. While devouring his website, I came across the William Wurster Ranch in Portola Valley California and HAD to post this home here on DTI. It's a mid-century modern and vintage masterpiece that is so full of character and intruiging furnishings and finishes.

A piece of art. All the little intricate details are fabulous. I love the "flip up" basin unit. Absolutely inspiring.
Love it! Good pick, Kim.
Those images are quite fabulous! I love wood panelling ... and the furniture!
Being obsessed with lighting I thought the lighting was amazing! The fixtures are incredible and I would love to see it at night. Something that is missing from a lot of publications... Thanks for posting.
the dining table painted that light aquamarine with the wood... sigh.
Like the mosaic quality of the mixed color subway tile kitchen back splash.
Wow... that is an amazing house! The designer has a great eye for creating beautiful vignettes with a sculptural quality and still keeping a wonderful balance in the overall space. The picture with the photo front casegood, the green foliage, and the lady in green photography is absolutely stunning. Thank you for this excellent post!
Really love that blue armchair - anyone know the make?
I absolutely adore the subway tile backsplash. Does anyone know who makes the tile?
