Chris Court

If you have been a slave to Australian interior design magazines then you will be familiar with the work of photographer Chris Court. You, like me will have saved page after page in your inspiration files or peppered the pages with post-it notes. Looking at these images it is easy to see why. Chris is a genius with a camera. I have a photographer crush and this one is extreme. Light, composition, colour oh the colour ... pink has never been so full on, so intense. Absolutely fabulous! By the way I'm stealing the first image for my office. If I knew where it was I'd be squatting right now. So much more after the jump.

Hiya - the top image of the office is Elissa Coleman's in Bali. Elissa is a fashion designer and her parents own Empire (think there is one in Sydney, Paddington?) and there are four stores in Perth. Empire is simply the best homewares/furniture store in Perth, there Mt Lawley show room is stupendous! An eclectic mismatch of styles that they have made and imported.

Just when I think I've settled on a colour scheme for my office, you go and throw those gorgeous pink pics into the mix!!! Love the eclectic mix of colours and styles, and that office in the first pic - to die for! K
