Audrey Matlock Architect
To end off the work week, how about a little bit 'o contemporary architecture by New York firm Audrey Matlock Architect. OMG check out all the windows! (I'm not sure how I'd feel sleeping in a bedroom with floor to ceiling windows like photo #2...)

I always dream about having a place like this...but my taste is so different when I actually get into a new home. Alas, at least I can dream.
Anyone know where I can find the black chair and ottoman. Love the space! Amazing!!!!
I am a little light headed just thinking about the fumes from all the windex. They are beautiful yes, but I'm with you, I would be a little shy. I think now what I do in the confinement of my home. Not for public viewing, the Bumpkin in her undies with rollers in her hair, and a mud mask. I love your blog. Style at it's best, and you do inspire, even the Bumpkins out there!
love the 3rd picture. i would love to do all the concrete but with kids, i don't think it would be smart/good!
OMG! I checked and I like! A lot! :-)
I'm a new follower. WOW! That place looks very easy to clean.
Look! Another fire place! What a beautiful home....
really good details!
Beautiful...could dust it with a leaf blower, just open the door. Love all those cabinets, minimalize requires lot of storage.
Amazing! Any idea how to find the chandelier from the dining room?
JLo it's a Gino Sarfatti Lamp 30 ... could be a 50 but I'm too blind to count how many bulbs :)
Can I move in now?
I LOVE this! Does anyone know anything about the dining room table in the 3rd post?
Thanks!
Wow I'm so inspired by those beautiful homes! Audrey Matlock is incredibly talented (and she has a great name!!! my second daughter is an Audrey). That divine Flos chandelier pendant has been one of my favourite lights for such a long time, I love how despite being huge it doesnt look out of place in a home environment. It takes some clever pursuasion skills to convince a client to put a piece like that in their home I bet!! Thanks again for another awesome find :)
Um, Kim, I think you are conspiring to turn me into a neutral fanatic. These rooms are beautiful, simple and serene.
I loved this space!! It's a dream of house.
Enhorabuena por el blog! Son unas imágenes preciosas
These photos are from several different projects by Audrey Matlock. Photos 1,2,5,7, and 12 are all the same house, called the Catskill Mountain House on her website, www.audreymatlock.com . The other photos are images of her work also, but are different projects. 3 and 4 are a private residence I think she calls the North Bay house on her site. Image 6 is from the Chelsea Modern on West 18th Street in NYC. Images 8,9,10, and 11 are from a TriBeCa loft conversion also in NYC. The house with the glass bedroom is actually quite private since it is built near a protected reservoir in upstate New York with no visible neighbors, and the surrounding landscape is protected, which ensures no future neighbors will pop up!
