Life's a beach here too

A little beach side shack would be perfect at this time of the year (remember it's summer here in the land of Aus) and after Kim's post yesterday I thought I'd share another shack I found while real estate stalking. Somehow I don't think you could call this Sunshine Coast waterfront home a beach shack though. Minimalist modern lines with hard edges but loads of luxury. The public areas are particularly appealing. Imagine that view as you rinse the dishes (if you ever do rinse your dishes). The architect is Frank Macchia and the real estate link here while it lasts.

OMG recently stayed in a house 3 or doors up from this one - Hubby (aka The Architect) and I were admiring it from the street.... Rather love...
