Small dining spaces

Continuing on the "small" theme, today I thought I'd showcase some small dining spaces. My favourite small dining space includes a built-in banquette - preferably in a nook. LOVE THAT. I am determined to one day buy a house that perfectly suits such a thing. I would spend every waking moment there - eating, blogging, reading mags etc. There's a few banquettes below (and in this post), among other seating arrangements.

I'm with you! I love anything built-in and cozy like so many of your images here (especially the old school red booths with the map. Glorious.) I had a window seat in my bedroom at my parents' house and often wonder when visiting if there's any way to take it home with me. Somehow, I don't think they'd be as excited about that prospect as me!

What an amazing selection! The last one is my favorit. It is so simple and inviting. I want to sit there with a cup of coffe and a good magazine.

Beautiful breakfast nooks. I personally love the bench seat style the most. They are very cozy!

My favorite is image no. 18 with the black swivel chairs. Love the look! Different & some personality. And how comfortable for your back! I am so printing and saving that image. Happy rest of the week, ladies! OX Monika

I have major kitchen envy looking at these photos. I too am in love with the idea of a banquette and am hoping to remodel my kitchen soon. Such a great inspiring post.
