White, after labour day

To ease you back into a thankfully short work week (those that celebrated Labour Day that is), here is a restored Victorian villa on the British island of Guernsey that is bathed in white. Simply beautiful and totally cozy.

This made me smile - and not only because it is so lovely, but also because I recently finished reading "The Guernsey Literary and Potato Peel Pie Society"! The book was wonderful, by the way :)

The light blue wall in the last image gives such softness with the white towels/blankets!

Such a dream! It looks so light and cozy! I also like the little ships&ocean-details

I love the flag bunting in the kitchen — makes it feel like a party everyday.
