House stalking
Thu, 16 Apr 2009Carolina of the blog Carolina Eclectic wanted to share a home she blogged about last week. It's one of her favourite Houston homes that recently came up for sale. The owners were kind enough to allow her to photograph it and the photos she took are fantastic...and so is the house!! The decor is clean and modern but really warm at the same time. Not so crazy about the interior, but love the dark gray exterior.
That being said, the fireplace and dark floors are nice. And really like the vanity & wall-mounted faucet in the bathroom.

Awesome home..BUT... 2 bedrooms and only 1 car garage for $525K??!!! ( I am a Realtor and member of NAR).. I wanna come work here!!! That's a $225K or under in CleveLAND!!! AWESOME home though!

This home is so serene..I really like all the ARTWORK around their home...and the M & J...are my initals and my guy's.... :)
I saw the picture of the house and thought to myself that looks very familiar. After viewing the listing, no wonder . . . it is only 2 blocks over from my own house, I have stopped and admired it from the outside before!

What a goregous home!
Goodness, gorgeous! I find it interesting that the thing I saw right off in the photos was the stack of books next to the chair in the room with the fireplace. I have that in my home. (the books as an endtable) Then in the Realty listing that stack of books is not there.
