Kay Kollar
Kay Kollar gives a unique voice to the spaces she creates. They are at once practical and beautiful. She uses words such as personal portrait and language of design when describing her work and it's obvious the sense of the space is paramount. Calm and classic, contemporary and unique, livable and lovely.

love the retro feel to a few of those pictures, very cool, pratical and simplistic in its style. great post...as always.
wow... love the first image... the bookshelf and the laddar... Love when laddars are used in interiors .. nice!!
I love that library and the living room with the green couch and orange art. Gorgeous.
I like the room with the classic fireplace in blue. It is just the right balance of classic and contemporary.

I too love the retro/mid-century feel and OMG that huge set of bookcases!!!
Beautiful pictures ~ would get 'lost' daily in that home lib.
Lovely post Jo, thank you.
I love the huge bookshelf and the green walls. A bit retro and very inviting and warm!
Wow beautiful work! I would give anything to have a bookcase like the one in the first image. It's always been my dream to have a library in my home with one of those sliding ladders. Swoon..
i really enjoy that although these spaces are modern, they're full of warmth...
The first picture is so comfortable even though it's modern. Love that chair, and I'm always a sucker for walls of books :)
Another great interior you've shared with us! Really love the use of purple accents in the living area.
