Inspiration request
We received an email from someone looking for a bit 'o inspiration: "HELP! I need inspiration. I am redoing a guest room and I want it to have that Indian/Moroccan feel to it with out feeling 'themey'." Not a problem. I went through my stash and found some not overly Indian/Moroccan bedrooms that I think would make beautiful guest rooms. But beware - make it too beautiful and your guests will never leave!

Such a fan of that bedspread in Homes and Gardens! What is that fascinating wall covering in the first photo by the way? Are the walls padded?
If I could only find a way to combine the cane canopy in the first photo with the room in the Hanne Vind photo then I'd never leave. Oh and I love the fabulous grey mosquito net in the Marie Claire Maison shot.
I dont know where to look first. I really like the one with the raw bricks. I've got a headache, it's too much in one single blog. You always post breath-taking images.
Cheers from New Zealand.
these are all gorgeous! the fuchsia, orange, and white room from heather cameron is my favorite.
Wow! You're blog is truly insirational. I just discovered you at Pink Friday and got hooked immeadiatly :o)
Loved your home office!!!
Is it ok by you if I write about you on my blog?
Thanks R. Cezar!
I've loved the Heather Cameron one for ages 315thomas.
Thank you Kosene mine! A write-up on your blog would be an honour. :)
I agree with R. Cezar, the Heather Cameron is something special. Normally I'm not a big fan of white rooms (ducks- don't hit me!) but the splashes of colour warm it up and make it far from sterile.
Such an inspiring collection, such beautiful sanctuary's to rest your head.
yeah! thank you.
these are PERFECT for what I'm wanting to do in our master bedroom. It just goes to show that a little can go a long way! Heather Cameron is always wonderful.
