Teeny tiny, white and shiny

Could you live in 2 rooms with a bath? Something as teeny tiny as this 47 square metre apartment in Göteborg? It's white, it's light and of course it's a home styled and for sale through Alvhem Mäkleri & Interiör.  Think modern living meets great bones in a historical building with a great position. Small though, very small. I think I could - if I gave up the husband and the guide dog :)

I have never seen a real estate sale like the Alvhem Mäkleri & Interiör, they seem to redecorate the apartments they have for sale completely! Very nice job.

i could. very much. 47 sqm in my country (Philippines), especially in manila, is already a luxury.

It looks so spacious! Amazing! My first apartment in Budapest was 33 square metres, but looked nothing like this...

This is exactly what I need right now! I'd love to live in a place of my own, with bones and beautiful decor like this. Here in São Paulo, Brazil, it's almost impossible to afford living on your own...

I guess one advantage of a small home is that you can really decorate every inch. This place is lovely!

Wow. I LOVE this apartment. I think if a space is well laid out, organized and filled with light, less square footage is not so much of an issue.

I would move into this house in a heartbeat.

I love it so much I am actually sad now that I don't get to live in it!

By New York standards, this isn't even remotely "teeny" for one person. I know many couples who live in this size space with a baby.

I second Lisa's comment. I live in two rooms in NYC and they're MUCH smaller than these two. But this place is indeed lovely!

Hubby and I lived in smaller for 2 years. well that was before we were married. It was definitely interesting and makes us appreciate our small house for how big it is!

Wow, so cute! I really like the combination of materials used in the kitchen and all of the white and grey throughout. The wallpaper is stunning.

Well... it's going to be very crowded, isn't it? But not to worry! Because the ad promises:

"There is also a well-equipped recreational facilities, including carpentry bench, drill, sander and pressure washer." The Swedish are so energetic, the idea of recreating with Ms. Pacman is to laugh.

teeny tiny? this is quite a normal size for a flat no?

The photographs of this place are gorgeous. Well done. I'm going to copy some of these ideas for my own space :)

Hah! We - as in two adults - lived in a place of 20 sq meters for years. Now our 51 sq meters feels enormous. So teeny tiny, not so much ;D
