Stalking again

Almost got through the week without indulging in my guilty little secret of real estate stalking. Almost. I wanted to share another example of a growing trend in inner city Australian cities of increasing your living space with a pavilion in the back yard. It's a great solution for narrow city blocks and so versatile. Bedroom, studio, office, kid's retreat. Often self contained (handy on a chilly night) It's no granny flat. Love this stylish terrace house in Sydney's Paddington.
