Love Matthew Mead's work so both Kim and I greedily devoured our advance copies of his upcoming book entertaining simple recipes, menus and party ideas for every kind of gathering. Matthew takes a core of entertaining essentials and mixes in style tips, scrumptious easy to prepare recipes and clever planning, mixes well with family and friends and pulls a successful gathering out of the oven with this clever and beautifully photographed book. Not in stores until October but definitely one to "bookmark". It's perfect for this year's holiday entertaining! (I'm sure Matthew will share more as the date gets closer.)

It is a REALLY good book - and I usually just stick to interior design books. I'm dying to try out some of the recipes (my mom is too) and the photos are incredible. Matthew does it again!
