Tue, 7 Oct 2008Sorry to all of you sick of my animal posts. This one I couldn't help. This afternoon I was ecstatic to find out Binky has a new home. I cried a few tears of joy. Now I am blubbering again, this time from sad news. I just found out my boyfriend's very good friend Nick put his rottweiler down today. Storm had cancer and really bad hips and there was nothing that could be done. He was one of the smartest and most loveable dogs I had ever met. He was Nick's best friend and his mom's body guard and faithful companion. So I wanted to do this for Storm, Nick and Nick's mom. (And where is that damn box of kleenex!!!)

Hi to everyone, I'm Nick the proud owner of the late Storm Tweel, I just want to thank you for your kind words, Storm was more than just the best dog, he's was like my son, we were connected in a way thats hard to describe, He was special in so many ways, do give you some perspective on how he touched people that he met, while I was waiting(At the Atlantice Vet College, which is a big place) for him to return, it was taking longer than normal and a vet came in and said sorry Nick, Everyone had to come and say their goodbyes him and there wasn't a dry eye in the whole place.
So again thank you and i know Storm would thank you.

I enjoy reading DTI, and Linda is right, the animals are talking to you! Karma is real. Please do not show any more animal products in your interior design posts. There is no need to show dead animals -- there is such a thing as cruelty-free design & living. ALL animals are deserving of our compassion & love! Thank you!!
