Karim Rashid is a brilliant designer, and I'm proud to say grew up (partly) in Canada and went to the same university I did (Carleton, here in Ottawa). He lives in a space EXACTLY as you would imagine - filled with vibrant colours, bold patterns and alot of white. See for yourself.

His work is always so cool and has a sense of humour. So colourful. I love a man who embraces plastic!
His designs are so contrived. I do not understand his appeal. He only wishes he could be as brilliant as marc newson.
I dig Karim, especially his Omni Sofa in hot pink... (which I showcased on Valentines as I reckon it looks an awful lot like a symbol de love... (;)
I embrace his Canadiana roots .... kudos to him!
Now this is my kinda of designer. :) This is kinda the way I want to decorate my next house. White walls with POPS of color!! Very Mod.
