Stripes

Stripes are a fun graphic way to address walls, and can make a room look longer or taller. They can be a pain to paint (I can vouch for that) but there are many wallpapers out there now that can save you some of the grief. They look great anywhere, as seen here, in bedrooms, dining rooms, hallways, living rooms....

I love the stripes in the first photo. I never think to do stripes in a small area or on just one portion of a wall.

Stripes are growing on me although I don't know if I'd be brave enough to paint them. Seems like it would be a true test of patience!

THEY look great when all the hard work is done and what you lose in hard work you gain in bang for your buck.

I use a laser level when I paint stripes,..and it makes the job alot easier. It looks so neat when you are done!! :)
