Coffee tables seems to be a pretty popular topic these days. Jennifer Ramos sent us a link to her website featuring some of her unique coffee tables, like this one:

thanks for the "modern self" link. I enjoyed the photos AND the fab story about this round table.

btw, i'm a round tables fan - i stumbled too many times on spiky "not round" tables to enjoy anything but round and smooth now. just like this modern self guy table.

about where I live : the only drawback is the icy wind known as mistral that blows every once in a while. Otherwise, you're right Jo, it's lovely.
I do miss Paris sometimes, though (whole family is up there).
